What you will do:
Provide professional customer support by email
Resolve customer issues and queries promptly and efficiently
Document customer issues including resolution
Perform administrative duties, reports and projects associated with Customer Support
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Develop and maintain knowledge of the products and services offered
Meet department goals and activity metrics
