As the first encounter with the Chinese market, NOW! Innovations participates in the leading parking show organized in the country. The goal of the presence at the show is both to introduce various advanced parking solutions to interested buyers and to increase one's understanding of the dynamics of the Chinese market. NOW! NOW! Innovations introduces the first NFC parking application in the U.S. market at the annual IPI Show in Las Vegas

NOW! Innovations and its U.S. partner MobileNOW! made some headlines in the largest annual parking trade show held this year in Las Vegas by introducing the first ever NFC (Near Field Communication) mobile parking application in the market.

When starting a mobile parking session, the driver can simply tap the parking meter with his or her NFC phone, thus automaticly creating a message, the sending of which will start the session. The parking meter has a tag inside containing the location information, and thus as a result, the ParkNOW! system will know exactly who is parking and where.

NOW! Innovations has been experimenting with NFC already for some years. The application launched today is yet another example of pioneering world-first solutions brought to the global mobile parking market place by the company.

ParkNOW! launched in Asia

NOW! Innovations launches a pilot installation of its ParkNOW! mobile parking system in Singapore. The goal of the pilot project is to gain an understanding of which approaches to mobile parking in use in Europe and the U.S. would be successful in the Asian market place. The pilot is carried out together with NOW! Innovations' local partner P3 NOW! in selected parking zones operated by a leading local parking management compnay.

ParkNOW! awarded the fourth place at Belgium's "Product of 2009" contest

The ParkNOW! mobile parking system won the fourth place at the Belgium's Marketing Foundation's contest "Product of 2009", beating even Twitter by 5% of the votes! About 3,000 voting members of the Foundation could choose between 25 long-listed candidates. See also: http://www.standaard.be
